You can change the theme from View / Preferences menu option.

The "smokey Quartz" is a good choice, but for light users.

I agree. This is sadly out of our control since we are using standard Delphi themes for VCL, and the listview is missing styling for exactly this.

You can change the theme to a lighter one, and also go into preferences and load a different color theme for the text (keywords etc). If you click the "import style" button and go into the Highlighters folder, you will find a few pre-made.

Bunker_grey is for a light theme, and bunker_dark is for dark themes.
You can edit and setup the colors for the code editor as you like in preferences.
