Can anybody help me with detailed instruction (step by step) to how to buy licence(and download) or access (and download) community edition of Quartex pascal?
If i donate with paypal or patreon, then i get a link to download community ed.?
Or If i pay with paypal or patreon 300EUR, then i get a link to download commercial ed.?

I think, they are waiting for the first release before deciding those details. I did manage to download version 0.18.1 before the Patreon page was closed. But, I don't recall how or where I downloaded it from 🙁

If that still exists and is v0.18 then you will be at the same level as everyone apart form those who are selected donator/testers.
Quartex is only available for previous backers (on a private FB group) before the 1.0 release. It will be available for everyone in a few months.
